Following this call we'll send you a proposal for your Refresh Roadmap service and further information on what to expect throughout the process. We square away the boring but important admin and get started.

Time to get our hands dirty and start digging in your business. We start with a kick-off call and a week of you diving deep into your business operations using our signature framework.
After your week of info gathering, we have TEA time. This is a collaborative review session to analyse your findings, explore behind the scenes, pinpoint key focus areas and what needs most attention. Recognizing the depth of this exploration, we dedicate a substantial 3-4 hours to ensure a thorough examination.

When it’s ready we jump on a final call to present and discuss the roadmap with you.
Following that you'll have two weeks of Voxer support to ask any questions and have our guidance as you begin to implement and take the next steps in your business refresh.
